Dawn Mills, Founder Caring for seniors is my life’s work and passion. I’ve been working with the aging population for more than 35 years and I’ve been a licensed fiduciary for more than a decade. Whether you come to me as a referral from my professional network or seek me out as a family in need, you can expect a high level of understanding and respect for every aspect of the life situation that you’re dealing with. With my many years of experience as a care manager and licensed fiduciary, I know how to navigate complicated situations and to deal with healthcare providers, caregivers, government agencies, insurance companies, banks, attorneys, and other stakeholders in eldercare situations. Including, of course, families. I am also highly experienced in working with clients who have dementia and Alzheimer’s. My staff and I take pride in our commitment to communication—keeping clients and family members informed. Being responsive to their questions. And making ourselves consistently available. I have also operated assisted living communities, developed staff training programs for the care of seniors, coordinated dementia programs, and served on the Ethics Committee of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California.
