Only lawyers are given the opportunity to rate and leave feedback on the fiduciaries. This is to protect the licensed professional fiduciaries and their reputations. It is vitally important that attorneys who understand the law, the vagaries of judicial rulings, and policies for each county’s probate court, participate in providing fair, objective and moderated feedback on fiduciaries they have worked with.

Special Note: If you are, in fact, an attorney for a fiduciary, please refrain from leaving feedback for your own client. Ask a colleague who is on the other side of the case to leave feedback in your stead.
